rp55 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. All accounts are subject to KYC identity verification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended immediately and deposits returned.
Each player may hold only one rp55 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or inadvertently — will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier, game contribution rates, and expiry windows are stated on each promotion's terms page.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and rp55 (hereinafter referred to as "rp55", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rp55.casa (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound in full by this Agreement and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
Important: If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.
rp55 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and serves players located in Malaysia. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and any other games or features made available from time to time.

rp55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.
4.1 Registration Process. To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing all mandatory fields including username, password, email address, phone number, and date of birth. You agree that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
4.2 One Account Strictly Enforced. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether discovered at registration or at any later point, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rp55 will permanently close all associated Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rp55 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, rp55 requires verification of your identity. You must submit a clear copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address where requested. rp55 may also request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals pending resolution.
4.5 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any change in name, address, payment method, or contact details must be promptly updated by contacting our support team.
rp55 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time if it reasonably suspects that the account information provided is false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. rp55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). rp55 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or payments via methods not listed as approved.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction. Individual payment methods may impose their own minimum or maximum transaction limits, which shall be displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. MYR deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet methods are typically credited to the Player's Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation and may take between 15 and 60 minutes.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Before any withdrawal may be processed, the Player must have:
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. rp55 endeavours to process withdrawal requests as follows: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfer via FPX or IBG within one business day; cryptocurrency within 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, additional verification requirements, or circumstances beyond rp55's control.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed. No additional currency conversion fees are charged by rp55 for MYR-denominated transactions.
5.7 Name Matching. The name on your rp55 Account must match the name registered on your payment method (bank account or e-wallet). Transactions where the names do not match may be delayed, reversed, or refused.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives offered by rp55 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. The Wagering Requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) applied to the Bonus Fund amount. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM 200 bonus requires the Player to place aggregate eligible bets totalling RM 2,000 before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand shall not exceed the limit specified in the applicable promotion terms (typically in the range of RM 25 to RM 50 per round). Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying the Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution rate applicable to each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit or claim, as specified in the promotion terms. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain outstanding after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
6.6 Bonus Abuse. rp55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or using automated tools to place bets. rp55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict or terminate Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
6.7 Sticky Bonuses. Where a bonus is designated as "sticky" or "non-cashable", the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated above the bonus principal may be withdrawn, subject to meeting all Wagering Requirements. Sticky bonus status will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

7.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the rp55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type or sports market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to each game before placing a bet.
7.2 Sports Betting. rp55 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, La Liga Bundesliga, UFC, and other domestic and international competitions. All sports bets are subject to the specific pre-match and in-play betting rules applicable to each market.
7.3 Palpable Errors. rp55 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on terms that were manifestly incorrect due to human error, system error, or data feed error (a "palpable error"). In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. rp55 is not liable for any profit a Player may have expected from a palpable error bet.
7.4 Cancellations and Abandonments. In the event that a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not conclude as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with rp55's specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type.
7.5 Finality of Results. All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform. rp55 will not reverse or amend settled bets unless there has been a verified system error that materially affected the outcome.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the rp55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trade marks, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of rp55 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rp55's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate Account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property law.
10.1 Platform Availability. rp55 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical incidents, or circumstances beyond rp55's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Extent of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp55's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. rp55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if rp55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Force Majeure. rp55 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, payment system outages, or other force majeure events.
rp55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
rp55 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, bonus administration, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and regulatory reporting obligations.
rp55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data is transmitted and stored using bank-grade encryption protocols.

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your rp55 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering obligations will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
13.2 Termination or Suspension by rp55. rp55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void pending bets or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; receipt of a regulatory direction; Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause (breach of Terms), rp55 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation and will be returned to the Player if no breach is ultimately confirmed.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing the Company's licensed operations. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to rp55's customer support team for informal resolution.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by rp55's gaming regulator, whose decision shall be binding upon both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
rp55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. rp55 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but is not obligated to do so for minor or clarificatory amendments.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure.
